Tata Sky – Tata Sky DTH – Tata Sky looting customers

My cust. Id. 1000022018. I have opted for Annual Mega Pack with Tata Sky DTH, which allows me for free service visits . On 27-9-14 Made complaint that my one of the connection is not working and need a new tata sky remote, They created two complaints which are “F25DUV3” and “F25DUSZ” which is acceptable cos their system doesn’t allow them to create one complaint no. . Next day got a call from local service hub for my area for both the complaints and got visited my two different guys coming from same service hub. Funny part is one guy could have completed both the complaints but just to get money from the customer which they call delivery charges ( Which is kind of service and they cannot charge me for service visits) . Annoying part is as my problem was not solved by the Service guy (F25DUSZ) and I had to fix it my self and they cancelled the complaint and did not bother to make a feedback call that my dth connection is functioning or not . I called 1-10-14 Tata Sky Customer care and discussed about it and they had no answer and willingness to answer or solve my problem ( Ref. No. 1-32886905387). I asked them to email me that my both complaint could have attended by one person but two person were sent so that Tata Sky could charge me for “DELIVERY”, and delivery charges are legit but they were not ready to give me in writing ( Which means is not legal because they cannot give in writing). My Tata Sky Message says my service visit charges are due ( which suppose to be free for me) I accept charges for new remote control but not for delivery or service visits.
As I am a loyal Tata Sky subscriber but from past two interactions with my local Tata Sky service whom my complaints were forwarded were bad. They made me change my dish just to charge saying that two connection cannot work on my connection which was working fine.
