Tata Sky – TATA SKY is farud

This is the 15 th day with no signal on TV. No channels working.

Call center is unreachable. No technicians visited. My 3 previous requests also closed without any resolution. They close down the request immediately after it is opened. Customer would not why.

They have kept the last requests open now but w/o any resolution.

Would have called 20-25 times. Got through 2 times in all these days. Both times I was promised that resolution will happen in a day. Nothing happens. SMS and missed call to the specified numbers many times. Again nothing.
4 days back got a call from some technical person who said they do not serve in my side of the city so they are returning the request back to customer service. Apparently Tata Sky does not know where the customer is located.

God knows what upgrade they are doing. With so many upgrades their satellite would have reached Mars by now.. They never informed anyone about the upgrade and the possible time that it would take.
There are 6 other Tata sky connection in my building. They are not facing any problem. I also had pre paid 2 months rental.

I am appalled at their arrogant and pathetic customer service. Have never faced such issues with any other utility or service provider. They just do not care. These are exactly the kind of company who should be dragged to consumer courts.

Please discontinue this fraud of a service and return the remaining amount and the amount for dish and set top box.

    I am a tatasky account holder id.no 1160893895 .I have taken one Dhamaal pack on july 2017 for six months and it fell due on 5 jan 2018 for which i activated on 6 jan 2018 replacing DHAMAAL PACK duly informed to customer service on same day.
    ON 2ND OCT 2017 i have opted H.D CHANNELS AND ENG- NEWS for an amount of rs.175/-pm and rs.65/-pm respectively.Total amounting rs.240/-pm.and when the offer of Rs.80/- was given to me for 06 calender months,i have opted the same proposal and paid RS.1360/-instead of Rs.1440/-.
    Now TATA SKY people say my account balance is only RS.380.39 as on today.ON enquiry, they say that my 06 calender months subscription has been reckoned as day to day payment.i.e 06 month period converted to 180 days and so the account balance is RS.380.19.Having no other wayout i made several contacts and email to the Tatasky authority but they remained silience. THIS ADJUSTMENT IS TOTALLY FRAUD AND MISLEADING CONSUMERS and if there are any rules by the company they must come out with it.Therefore urge on this and appeal to the higher ups to take a stock of like wise adjustments/frauds which is happening to many consumers as the interaction between customer care and consumer is not full proof or seems misunderstood.
