TATA SKY – fraud in my account

I am a tata sky customer with subscriber id 1116711308.from last two weeks I am complaining about my remote that is not responding that issue was never solved but on 14 the December my account was debited with Rs 170/.when contacted I was told that a home visit was happened and that is the charge but in my home no body lives except me.how it can happen.they do fraud same way and those who cannot complain digest their farude with no other choice.
