Whey protein ordered online not delivered and no customer care to contact them

Order date – june 30, 2017
There is no customer care contact number available on website to follow up.
They just sent a mail for order confirmation which was a system generated mail.
Annoying thing is just 2 days back they again sent a mail saying your order is complete.
However it has not yet been delivered!
I need help.
