order not delivered, payment done online while ordering

I have ordered whey proteins – 1kg chocolate and caramel worth rs. 1099/- on 10th may 2018, but still did not received any confirmation regarding the order confirmation or dispatch of my order.
I have mailed and texted personally to tarun gill multiple times, but he scares of responding to the customers he is making fool of.
I am just waiting for few more days and then i will be raising a case against him in consumer court, his father infact will have to come and pay my money there.
