I have choosen the Rs.199/=pack since last few months and recharging likewise. But since last 2/3 months I am being asked to recharge with Rs.209/= instead of Rs.199/= when the recharge intimation being sent to me on due dates. The reason of enhancing the recharge amount is unknown to me and it has not explained to me before payment reminder. My connection ID is 1128349303 .Pl. explain the reason.
