Syberplace – Not able to return the product (Defective) received

Hi Team,

I had placed an order (Xiaomi Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank (Black)), I received it on time but, when used it got to know that its a defect piece. I want to return and get the money refunded. But not able to contact through Call and on mail also.

Request you to look into this at the earliest. My order No:100050010.
