I ordered i iphone 5s 16gb grey color from syberplace.com amounting Rs.19999 (order no:100057085)
On 10th february 2016 , the company claimed to deliver the order within 7 to 13 days ,but i didn’t got the order or nor any information about my order from site . The order section on my accont on site still show processing . companys customer care number is only ringing no one is picking the phone up. Nor there is reply of my mail . Kindly please investigate for my query.
