I ordered an outdoor grill and it never was delivered.

On January 20, 2019, I ordered an outdoor grill. It has still not arrived and it is now April 15, 2019. I have not been able to reach them by telephone. I see that the money ($99.90) has left my checking account. On my banking statement, it says it was paid to “CAPABLENM HENGOED”. I googled them and find nothing with that name! Also, on my transaction on their site, it says “PROCESSED”. I never received any email verification of my order and never received a tracking order.
