Non response after payment for purchase of a Redmi Note 5 pro. I deposited the amount of Rd 15999 from my PNB account. Now shop9x.com site is not appearing and toll-free number is also not responding.The company has also failed to send the said mobile set within their timeframe. Now I want refund of the amount immediately
