Sir Subhkamana epic (builders of greater Noida) have assured us to provide house by 2016 but they were unable to provide house by 2016 and they have transferred their assets and liabilities to new company DA MONT builders. DA MONT says they will provide the same in 2018 or 2019. I am going to retire in April-2016 and I would like to settle by the time April-2016. I have requested for refund of money to Subghkaman Epic. Till now no refund was given to me. I booked flat in Subhkamna Epic flat No. T/3- D-702 in the name of M Manohar Rao. My present address is Qtr No-54, Type-3, Sector-2, Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi-110049. I therefore request that Subhkamna Epic Finance Manager Shri Surat Vatsa Mob No- 08130170444 may be approached and requested for refund of money to M Manohar Rao S/o M Krishna Rao, Qtr No-54, Type-3, Sector-2, Sadiq Nagar, New Delhi-110049 on whose name above flat was assured to be handed over by 2016 but unable to provide the same.
