i ordered for a Gucci lace up driver shoe on 23rd November 2015. Order no. 11001703166 of Rs 11720/-
Since it was COD I was not allowed to open the courier n gave the amount to the courier person. But was cheated.. It was not the shoe I ordered. When called on there helpline no .180030008998 and +917087785534 ,they asked me to courier back to them.. So I did the same.
But now they are denying to refund my amount, nor are they sending me the piece. Moreover they are not even picking up my phone. Feeling helpless. Please help.
