su-kam power systems ltd – after sales service

I have bought a sukam inverter unit from their dealer in dapoli on 14/04/2012. the warranty period of the unit expires on 14/04/2014. I have lodged a complaint with them on 02//04/2014 informing them that the unit is not working properly and seems to be having a fault. All these days on Inquiry with them they have been assuring me that it will be serviced by them in few days. In the recent past on several occasions they have been assuring me that their service man will be calling on me on the next day. This day has never arrived as yet and I have face lot of difficulties durin powe failure and load shedding. my complaint no with them is C No 15042619542
