In reference to My order 33556 and the consigment number 59535963045, I had ordered for Visionary A1 unique Rainbow print chiffon top XL, I received my packet today and when opened it there was a PINK color saree piece, Iam not sure if it is in full lenght , I dint even open the knots. I even paid Rs. 530 for this which is pathetic. The top which I ordered for was Rs. 399 and Courier charges of Rs.99 was lavid which equals to Rs. 498/- but some how I had to pay Rs. 530 because the courier guy asked me to pay.
There is no contact process, they did not even sent a confirmation email once. The sight is not working, it always shows Oops! That page cant be found.when I used the email section it does not work, so how will I get my refund.
I want the company to refund my money and also take the product back speedily.
