Style My Basics – Wrong and damaged product

I had ordered a Louis Vuitton belt from STYLE MY BASICS online shopping site. I was sent the wrong product and the buckle was also damaged. The site claims to sell orignal products with authenticity card but it doesn’t feel the same. I have sent several emails and tried to contact them on the customer service number given on the website but no one answers the phone and from last 2-3 days i have sent 10-12 emails to which there is no reply.

Please look into this matter as it seems they have no intention of returning my money.
