Hai I’d made a booking for a hotel in GOA through stayzilla. I’ve charged the amount from my account within minutes. I’d cancelled that booking on 24th oct 2015. For the refund I’d been asked to wait until 5 working days they wrote a mail that on or before 30 of oct. my refund will be credited to my account. But today it’s 31st of oct still now my account had not been credited with refund and also there were no reply from the customer care dept. on the refund.
