We are two persons from kashmir (Srinagar) who want to complaint against S.S SARAPA CONSULTANCY CHENNAI PVT LTD CHENNAI 49 / 105 CNK ROAD TRIPLICANE . This consultancy give us an offer to provide job visa for Australia in 90 days but almost 18 months had passed without any legal document.we had already paid the fee as they demanded I.e 1 lac 20000. We went almost 5 times there wasting time and money lastly we went 1 month ago to get our money back from this consultancy. There they gave us checks of 60000 / = each that was dated on 15 july 2014 but these cheque bounced. Please help us to get our money back from this consultancy.

We had Doubts on them hence we stopped it. The same if they Require they can come to our office.
This is to inform you that , We can face this in the Tribunal , if you can able to prove that the subjected issue. To the above subject issued we are going for an legal action against them these two guys the name mentioned / listed.
