Srihita Exports – Goods not received

I ordered two sarees from their website (www.srihitaexports.com) on the 17th of Feb 2015 and the money was taken from my credit card on the same day. I got the confirmation email for my order within few mins. The next day i got an email from their customer service saying that the sarees are out of stock and it will take two to three weeks. The same day i replied to them saying that I need them urgently and if they can’t deliver within that week, i asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. They came back to me and said that the sarees will be delivered within 7 days. Nothing happenned and I contacted them during the first week of March 2015, i was told that they have issues with manufacturer and that it will be shipped in the next two days. Again nothing happenned, contacted them after two weeks and they said out of the two sarees, they have one saree ready to ship and waiting for the other one.

This time i asked them to ship the saree that is ready and cancel the order for the other one and refund the money. Nothing shipped again and contacted them after a week and again was told the same story that it will get shipped in two days. This time I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money immediately or else i will complain. This happenned on the 23rd of March. After that i sent two emails asking for the update on my refund and had no response to any of them.
