Good Afternoon. We are South India based company having office in Bijapur Karnataka. We are basically mortgage & automobile financiers for the past 15 years and we moved in to this personal and business loan sector 6 years ago and currently We are giving personal loan, business loan, and project loan to customers all over India. We offer our loan service with quick processing and also we disburse the loan amount at your door steps.
Our company gives personal loan, business loan, property loan, project loan based on two methods which are given in detail.
A. EMI system
B. Monthly interest system i.e. interest should be paid for the loan amount on or before 9th of every month and capital amount should be paid at the end of loan tenure which will be offered as 1,2,3,4,5 years.
Rate of Interest will be 6 % for both the system. (As per RBI guidelines)
For 4 Lakhs loan your EMI will be Rs. 34426.57for 12 months, Rs 17728.24 for 24 months and Rs. 12168.77for 36 months and Rs. 9394.01for 48 months and Rs. 7733.12 for 60 months (EMI should be paid for the loan amount on or before 6th of every month)
In Monthly interest system you have to pay Rs.2000 as interest every month and capital loan amount should be paid at the end of the loan period which is offered as 1, 2, 3, 4,5years.
Failure to repay the Interest or EMI for 3 consecutive months will be termed as default and it will be dealt with legal proceedings without any prior notice.
Procedure:
First you have to fill the application of our company and send back to us. After evaluating your application our person will visit your place for verification .if things stated by you in application and the documents are same and clear then our person will give you a signed letter for loan approval.
With in 24hrs of the loan approval we will inform you the date of loan disbursement and on that date our manager will come to you place and take you to any nearby State Bank Of India Branch and take DD in your name and hand over to you.
Total Process time 3 to 4 days.
Documents Needed during Loan Disbursement
1.Cheque leaves will be collected as per the loan tenure i.e. 12 cheque for 1 yr period
2. ID proof
3.photo
4.bank statement
5. Salary slip or income proof or vehicle RC document or project report or land or house document or good bank statement.
Apart from this agreement will be signed in a stamp paper by you and our person in front of notary.

To Start the Process
You need to deposit Rs.1500 or 2,500 (details given below) in our a/c to receive the application form. On receiving the fee we will send you our company loan application form.
You have to download the application fill it and send back to us.
On receiving the filled application form, we will start processing it and within 24hrs we will send you sample agreement copy for the loan
After getting your feedback for the agreement copy we will start typing in the stamp paper
After completing these formalities we will tell u the date of our people coming to your place for verification
On that date our manager along with accountant visit your place and complete the formalities i.e. verification
On the next day our people will take you to the nearest SBI branch and take DD in your name and hand over to you and get signatures in stamp papers, and collect the cheque slips and other documents.
Total Charge For the process
Process Fee :Rs.1,500 (For loan amt from 1 to 9 lakhs) & Rs.2.500 (for loan amt from & above 10 lakhs)
Documentation , DD ,Travel etc: Rs.3,000 (For loan amt from 1 to 9 lakhs),Rs.4,000 (For loan amt from & above 10 lakhs)
Total :Rs.4500(For loan amt from 1 to 9 lakhs) & Rs.6,500 (for loan amt from & above 10 lakhs)
First you have to deposit application fee in our manager’s a/c (our company a/c can’t be given because the above mentioned charges are categorized as hidden charges and our company a/c will given for EMI or Interest payments)
Once we sent the approval mail along with agreement copy you need to deposit balance fee (agreement charge)
Procedures are mentioned as above and apart from this we don’t charge for anything or for any reason.
