Soma Constructions,Gopalapatnam,Vizag – Real Cheating by Adari Satish

Sir,
I (PSM Sarma) retired from BSNL, gave advance an amount of Rs. 13, 00, 000/- (Ruppes Thirteen lakhs) on 10/01/2012 to Adari satish s/o A. Appa rao (owner of soma constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.) towards purchase a flat in soma enclave, block no-23, behind Mohati Model School, Gopalpatnam, Visakhapatnam.
After 4months I came to know that the same flat is sold for others also and I was cheated. From the day he absconded, closed his office and phone no.’s changed.
Complaint was given against the builder satish at gopalpatnam police station on 23/9/2012 and one more complaint is given in commisioner’s office on 6/10/2012.
No action is taken against him till now. In my knowledge he cheated so many people in similar way.

Visakhapatnam.
I am requesting you to take action against him and no other will trap in builder’s hand in future.
