I attended interview by dec 5 and cleared 1st round .they told that i will be called by jan 2nd week for further processing.now feb 1st week is going to over.still now they didn’t called.no response from them.getting money and giving job.fraud payaluga.

This definitely looks like someone who was not happy with his employment here and want to smear the name of the organisation. KavNiya has been in existence since 2003 and incorporated under the Companies Act 1956. KavNiya is a member of NASSCOM. The interview process is no difference than any other organisation and if you do not get qualified, it is something that you will have to improve regarding your skill set, instead of posting it as a complaint. Whoever it is, it is better you raise a complaint with your real identity to show that you are indeed raising a valid complaint. HR-KavNiya
