I ordered a videocon ac an hour ago and opted for emi plan of 6 months..as soon as i punched my card details and submitted the whole amount ws deducted..and now after reading all the above complaints I’m regretting my decision of buying a split ac from snapdeal and actually expecting them to deliver something faulty.you shud not give an emi option if u don’t have one..This is equal to fraud.im expecting the snapdeal team to rectify this mistake and convert my order back to the emi plan I chose.and refund the rest of the cash..or else I’m gonna have to take legal action
