Actually I have ordered one Philips 4938 Induction Cook-top under order id: 11223546575 reference no. 185334305,Order Placed On : 19/01/2016
To update you, I got the Philips 4938 Induction Cook-top delivered at my place 27/01/2016 i.e. totally broken item. I immediate advise to Snapdeal with image of broken item and filed a complaint for return and refund my already paid money Rs. 3039/- to . Snapdeal online shopping site. After this Snapdeal send me a message on 28/01/2016 shown it will be picked-up 3-4 days. I was waiting picked-up courier i.e. Gati-RP but that is not picked-up the item whiled 7 days elapsed.
I did not got any reliable reply from Snapdeal side till now this is unbearable act of Snapdeal. Daily there representative promise me that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. But sorry to say Snapdeal 24 hours never come to me till date and time. Just like cheating consumer. I request you to please interfere in the matter so I could got my refund Rs. 3039/- from Snapdeal
