Hi i am karishma kharat.i have ordered Sandisk Ultra Dual 2 32Gb Usb 3.0 Otg Flash Drive With Micro Usb Connector For Android Mobile Devices(Sddd2-O32G-G46) and my Order ID: 11092631033 due to change in address i cancelled my order and applied for the refund on the same date. and its almost more than 25 days i have not got any revert from them regarding my refund process. infact i got a call from snapdeal customer care regarding my refund that it will be transferred into my account with in 24 hours. but its almost more than 10 days their 24 hours is not over yet.
kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my refund back.
