We have purchased by order ID no. 8721977328 a HP Laptop from snapdeal a online co. with a scheme a refund of Rs.1500.00 is to be made in favour of myself for using SBI Debit card. The last date of refund was 30.11.2015. But till date i.e.29.12.2015, the co. has not made the refund.
