I’ ordered a mass gainer from snapdeal and the product which i got is not a genuine product. My order was DYMATIZE SUPER MASS GAINER 6LBS , order no :3110167304

The gainer which i got was not in a proper condition, its packing was slightly opened from one end also it’s smelling more like wheat and the scoop too is missing . I showed it to my gym trainer and he told me that the product is fake .
I have been sending them Emails from a year now and no action have been taken yet. Consumption of that protien could have resulted in death . I want to file a case against snapdeal for this blunder which is irresponsible .
