i have to complaints about snapdeal.

so here is the worst experiance from snapdeal.
i purchased a graphics card of rs 7916 rs and 1tb hard disk of wd. and debited through my debit card.
after 1 hour i cancelled it due to some negative reviews about product. they said the refund will be credited to your bank after 5 days. i said ok. but again after 5 days when i contact them they said wait another 3 days. and again 3 days they said wait again. i dont know what the hell is going on. i surely doubt they are under trustpay. they are fraud. simply dont buy any products from snapdeal. after payment they will treat you like a monkey. so bye bye to snapdeal
