We have place order to snapdeal.com from 13.03.17 to 31.03.17 and till dated 08.04.17 we have received product and also return the product to their warehouse, from dated 13.03.17 to 15.04.17 we have done many phone call to snapdeal and the above said all telephonic conversation along with all document is recorded by us and we kept it as a proof, please take action at the earliest to resolve our problem and we will be helped by the money and more people are of canning to baraipur to sonarpur many people amount is blocked by the snapdeal and in my house they have done the 2 persons account and amount blocked, I hope now this above said all proof is enough to prove that fraud and chitter, and there courier partner Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd. Know every thing, any how and at any cost I need the result of my amount and been tried to come every day to knock your door, my problem is stared from 2016 and still its running, regarding Bank Problem, Online Problem, and now I does not see any better way and I am going towards terrorist mentality, as I only get registration on registration but not getting help, for that my mentality is now like Nakshalwadi Mouwadi mentality, understand that the snapdeal was under heavy loss before few month back and fired 600 employee and now as they return back they come for chitting and fraud case in a rural area and city to pay there loan to bank with the customer and they got support by your side, as you are aware of mittal and narda sharda chitting case you have put CBI after them then why you are not putting Cyber Cell after them as they openly doing chitting and fraud by opening there purchase website, as today date they says you can go to anybody like cyber cell or PM Office they does not scare of it and speak also very rudely with customer and show us what is the difference between the mittal or narda sharda chitt fund and snapdeal, Sir, I will prove from any sector that how much new generation has become criminal minded and took law and order on there hand for snapdeal and they could not able to do any case because they already made a fraud with that customer that you can confirm with there courier partner Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd. And it has shown in Bengali News Channel and from my house 2 account blocked so I think snapdeal website should be banned so that they cannot chitt further to any customer, why you are not taking any action and request you to do something about it.
