not satisfied, need refund

Sir,
I am complaining against smart money financial seriveces. I have paid to Smart Money financial services Indore SABI Registration no. INA000004427 Rs 10030/- dt. 29/8/2018 by PayUmoney for One month subscription of financial service but the company was not explain his trade policy before receiving. I am not satisfied with the company & I inform the co. dt. 30/8/2018 on email and demanding refund of fees paid by us.
But the company says there is no refund policy in my company. Please suggest me what I can do for refund.
