R/sir,on 20th May while traveling from kolkata to jabalpur, I got the contact number of the above travels from just dial.com and did contact on 9165067366,(siddharth tours and travells) and requested them for a rail tkt from jabalpur to Mumbai on 22nd May, for this an amount of 1500 rs was transferred from a friend’s account to above account on 20th May, but tkt was not booked and I was told by the travells that they shall return the money once they get my account number, so I sent the account number of the friend from which money transferred as 153401501892 ICICI bank with ifsc code ICIC0001534 on 23rd May, yesterday evening the travells confirmed that they had transferred the 1500inr to the account as requested and they promised me to send the transaction id/utr no being generated, but on confirming from my friend we came to know that money was not transferred, I had called the travells today almost five times at first two times NY calls were disconnected and thrice not answered, Now thinking the same as a fraud case, I approached just dial but they also dint help, ultimately I couldn’t travell to Mumbai and lost my new job ( as I was going for an interview) and in the same way I dint get the services for which payment of 1500 done to them. Request your kindness to help me so that in the midst of being jobless another extra amount is not incured over me and the party engaged in the fraud case is punished.
