I had purchased Honda jazz from Shubh Honda raipur CG.I had taken loan for the same and it’s closed now.So I gave RC smart card for removing bank hypothecation mark at Shubh Honda raipur CG. But after 4 months they are not issuing RC smart card back.I talked every 3 to 4 days but they postponed delivery date everytime. This is happening since last 3 months.I have complained many times at shubh honda but they are not taking any action against him. Please do the needful.
