PRODCUT DELIVERD WRONG AS MENTIONED IN WEBSITE

They started to contact me from 13/sep/2014 and their welcome gift received to me on 20 September From 20 sep I contacting with them regarding welcome gift quality is not good and different from which I seen on website still they not giving my refund……….pls help me!!! Initially they told me that I am the winner of “Live your FORD ECOSPORT Dream” contest : and I m running at 7th position in the 7 lucky customer I have to do payment of 4999/- rs to make active participate in this contest and and my position will go up towards 1st 2nd or whatever above this 7th position So I have done payment of 4999/- through net banking they told me I will get 1) 7 shirts and 7trouser as a welcome gift worth rupees 4999/- in a next 3-4 working days. But I not got the gift in their mentioned time. 2) After that I will get a shopping card through this contest by which I can get 60% discount on any product like electronics item TV/FRIDGE/LAPTOP OR other costly phone from their website 3) One of the gift from 7 gift is sure for me Among of 7 Gift the 1st gift grand prize FORD ECOSPOT CAR 2ND Gift is Couple trip to turkey After SOME days they told me congrats!! Once again I have won the 2nd prize for turkey trip so u have to do payment of 50000/- In advance so I refused to do 50000/- rs payment in advance and told to them first u send my welcome gift so that I can trust on ur website so in this condition they sent me welcome gift form FedEx courier in a day as they want to take payment of 50000/- Now product I got is /Very old fashioned/(Not of the rupees 4999/-)/Also not matching with website mentioned/Also not of brand which they committed on phone so I told them to arrange a reverse pick up and give me refund as I don’t want to be in contest as they have not told me before that I have to do payment of 50k rupees in advance In this subject now they not attending the phone if attended they cut the phone Today 1 month and 10 days over but still not satisfactory response from their end They totally cheater like company I think so please kindly help me for he above mentioned problem of mine I will be highly obliged to you
