Shopping Needs – My order not yet delivered, No Shipment details.

Hi, I have ordered a JBL power bank 6000 mah and i ordered it at 4 April 2015. But i still didn’t receive this. I just got their message that your order has booked and my order id is 14863. I didn’t get any email about shipping. then i called several times that i didn’t receive the tracking no of courier. So they replied we will call you.There is option of complain ticket in their website. I several time emailed them and launch new complain tickets.
