I placed an.order with shoppers.stop for.three products worth rs 1973. Two of products were cancelled from their end and i returned the third product. I have not yet received.the refund for them. I have only.received a payment of rs 400 from.them. The.balance amount.should have been.refunded by 3rd feb as per them, however i have still.not received it. I.followed up.on.friday 12 feb.and.they requested 24 hrs.to credit the amount. I called them after 40 hrs and the amount was still not credited. They again asked for 24 hrs. I called them after 30 hrs and still they asked for 24 hrs. They are not.continuously.giving the excuses and did not even gave seniors number or trannsferred the call to him.
Please could you help in resolving this issue.
