I had ordered Men’s Suiting & Shirting Combo 7 Pcs 2 Trousers & 5 Shirt Fabric worth Rs. 598 with Order ID 74973884 in www.shopclues.com on 08.11.2015, and payment for the same was made on the same day through my debit card.
Later, the vendor was unable to fulfill the order, the same was cancelled and said that the refund for the above order will be credited in my account.
But, still the refund amount has not been credited in my account. I constantly followed up with the customer care, they say that the refund has been processed but don’t know the reason why it has not been credited in my account. I even sent my bank statement from the date the payment which clearly shows that there was no refund from the date of payment till date.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue and help me get my refund at the earliest.
