shopclues – non replacement of defective product

Dear sir, i had booked FANCY & FOLDABLE MULTI LAYER SKY BLUE COLOUR STORAGE SHELF RACK WARDROBE ALMIRAH Code: 72881572 Merch Ref: SRW3000146 from shopclues.com. on 4 december 2015. product delivered to me on 9 december 2015. product is of poor quality and incomplete. i requested to return the same after 3 days of recieving this product. but shopclues denied to replace the same. telling that missing product can be replace on within 48 hour of delivery of product, but their return policy is of 7 days. kindly help me to solve this
