shopclues – item missing

Sir,
I shopped few item from shopclues online shopping site on 15th oct.2015, and after one week we received the courier.The bill which we received from the courier delivery boy (Delhivery Surface AWB no.S204215509372, Aashish Fabrics Tin no.07156970147) shows that my order no.71650219 containing two items,first one is combo neon kids plain sleevless top(code.82426314) and the second item pack of six leggings (code.82673617).Sir when open the package, which is only a seald grey plastic bag and no any shopclues packing, we found only combo neon kids plain sleeveless top (code.82426314).when we inquired about the second item (pack of 6 leggings ) which I already paid Rs. 389, the delivery boy said that he don’t know about it and asked us to contact the office. So I called to Aashish Fabrics (phone no.9958082789) he said me to wait for few days because of Diwali season is going. But after 2,3 weeks of waiting the item was not delivered. So I contacted to the Delhivery-Surface,they said the shipment shows as delivered in the records, so I contacted shopclues customer care . But after few mails they are stop replaying to mail . Sir I think I am cheated.. So I request you to seriously look into the matter and resolve the problem. Expecting your favorable reply, thanking you.
