Respected sir,
I orders some product from shopclues online company. 1windcheater, 3pairs of jockey socks, 3 LEDBulb of 11watt. When I used those products they appeared very cheap quality. Two of The led bulbs got fused after 10 minutes. Socks and windcheater were of very cheap quality. Sir I tried to loadge acomplaint against the cheap quality of these products on the company’s customer care but they refused to loadge the complain and they refused to return those fake products.
Sir my product order numbers are- 82917285, 82917330, 82917306 for led bulbs, windcheater, and jockey socks respectively.
Sir I want to return my money and want the company to be punished as well.
Sir I m a poor and aware citizen please help me.
