Dear Sir/Madam,
I was Purchased Seagate 500 GB Desktop Hard Disk from www.ShopClues.com (Order No : 70084717) on 4th Oct 2015 and it was received on 14th Oct 2015. after 2 Days i was install it in my computer, after 10 days dated is 26 Oct 2015 it was stop to detecting and sounding at the time of power on of computer, for the same i was call to shopclues customer care they reply me our 10 days return policy so i need to go in seagate authorized service center. I was found this in our city Vadodara, seagate authorize center check and told me this hard disk warranty was expired so we are not able to help you.
After so may days fight shopclues take this product return for resolving this issue. But till (23rd Dec 2015) day this issue not resolve by Shopclues.
Kindly help me for this issue.
