Shopclues.com/Armless dining chair – Return and Refund

We received our order armless dining chairs on 15th December 2015.But we are not satisfied with the price paid and the quality of the products received.So we decided to return the product and we had put a request for return.But the management of shopclues had closed our return request saying that they have delivered the correct product we have ordered.We are totally disappointed with their reply.Please help us in this matter and get our money back with the products returned.Order Number:77780160.Order date:9 Dec.Product received:15Dec.Return filed:15Dec.Reply from the company:No action as we delivered the same product you have ordered.
