I had purchased a men wrist watch from shopclues.com , it was received me with Technical problem (it is not in working condition) . I had made a return request to get my refund as early as possible to shopclues but it takes very much time to solve my problem and after so many days my refund is pending and no satisfactory response received from their side. I am very much disappointed from shopclues.com their dealing method with a customer is very disgusting and not satisfactory already my return of refund process have been taken 15 – 20 days and i am not sure how much time they will take to solve my problem.
I hope you will take necessary action in this regard.
And help me to release my pending refund.
