I Have booked Videocon Virat Neo VS80P15 8.0 KG Semi Automatic Washing Machine (Product Id : 83242600) and they sent message & email “your order was confirmed” but after few days we have received message “your product as delay from merchant end issue” but i will ignore your mails & messages. but after one week shopclues callcenter person called me and said “sorry for that but this product not available at our merchant so i will provide another company product in same price and etc” but i said i want only this product and said if any issues from your end please solve or arrange from another merchant and shopclues call center person agreed for same and they will provide [email protected] email id and said if you choose another product on same order please mail on this email id. so i will mailed product id’s on provided mail id.
but after few days i was totally surprised because we have received message and email from shopclues end “your order has been cancelled because delay from merchant.” so my request is please confirm from shopclues merchant this product is available or not because “In Stock” status showing any time in shopclues website.
