Shopclues.com – Un ethical marketing

Sir I have purchased body max home gym product from shopclues.com of Rs 1249/- of around 35 Kg wt in total but I was delivered cheap and poor quality product and of protoner company not of body max which was not ordered for which I have contacted shop clues customer care 9 times and after long conversations finally my return request was approved but now I have been asked that we can’t pickup ur product and you at your own have to dispatch it for which courier companies are charging not less than 2000/- which is more that even of product cost 1249/-. I have made various effort and lots of complaints to shop clues customer care of which I have all the records in my email Id but they are not listening any thing . I have the call recordings also.please help me because they are simply harassing and cheating customers openly. I am a defense personal and cheated by this company, Plz help me out. Thank yoy
