I had placed an order for Battery for Samsung Galaxy GT-N8000 on 3rd Jan,2016 for Rs 1488.00 . On receipt I took it to the SAMSUNG customer care for replacement ,they found the product damaged & told me ” to replace the same as the product is not original & secondly it is damaged.It will not work.” I Complained to the company Customer care for refund,they asked to upload the pictures on their complaint portal. I tried continuously for 11 days but it did not upload,I complained again & again then they sent a link on 26thJan & it was uploaded & return no 2568221 allotted,but no action intimated so far for refund.
Please take up the matter with the company for unfair trade practices,fraud & cheating the customers,
