my name is santosh.i ordered a multipin socket on “SHOPCLUES” website on 12th nov 2015.It has to be delivered on 22 nov 2015.but it was not delivered to me till now.Even though the product is not delivered to me they have sent a message that the product is delivered to me.i have given complaint 4 times to shopclues customer care regarding my product.But the money is not refunded.every time when i am giving complaint they are giving cheap excuses and they are not even giving any proper answer regarding my product.so please accept my complaint and please make sure that money is refunded to me.
