shopclues.com – Did not get full refund

I Sudipta Biswas purchased pigeon unduction cooktop rapido cute from Shop Clues.com as on 19th of October 2015 via PAYU money(credit card) my order number is-72690589,my login id-([email protected]).but i did not get any discount or offers from them but they published huge discount about that product that’s why i bought.after getting that product i returned that product to them but they did not refund me full money 2390 which i paid to them.i only received RS-1148/- only.they canceled my refund process without any prior information.i tried to contact them several time by phone and email but they refused to pay full amount of money.i send them my bank statement several time but still i have not received rest due money.almost 3 months gone.please take a serious look on my matter and take necessary steps about this matter.Sudipta Biswas(East alipureTal bagan,p.o-nimta,near yubo sangha club,kolkata.contact number-9804909087.thank you
