shopclues.com – non delivery of items long overdue and claims of delivery of products

1. I had ordered three items from www.shopclues.com on 13 Jan16 with order numbers as 81833224, 81832904 & 81831715.
2. All three irems arer being shown as delivered whereas noneof these items have been delivered till date to me.
3. I had lodged a compalint with shopclues.com on their customer care number three times and every time i was assured of that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours.
4. though i was also sent written confirmation of the complaint on my registered mail ID, no action has been taken by shopclues except for falsely displaying that the items have been delivered to me.
5. I would really recommend strong action against www.shopclues.com and also that the issue be resolved with an early refund of my money.
