shopclues.com – Most horrible and insensitive online retail website – Shopclues

It was a very bad day for me when i decided to place an order with shopclues for an Samsung Bluetooth headset N7200. I was given the order no. 37415789 on 9th Feb 2014. In the email confirming my order stated the name and address of the merchant. The product I got was broken. I requested for a replacement and it took them 7 days to pick up the product. Now it has been over 8 more days and I haven’t heard from Shopclues on the replacement. Then i reported same to shopclues on 3 occasions including emails and phone calls. Very casually i was told by shopclues that they are working on my order. Since then i am sending email, and even calling them (which never works). On phone call i get a reply i will be updated soon, on emails no reply. Delivery time was 5-7 days and guess what order is not shipped and my emails from past few days are unanswered. Now today i have asked them to either ship the product by day end or refund me my money with interest. This is the worst online experience I have had with any online retail website
I would like to warn you all against this bogus website that i completely insensitive to customer requests.
