ShopClues.Com – Fraud Sales / Offers

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is Sreekanthkumar R from Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. This is my second complaint on shopclues for your ref # ( http://consumer-court.in/complaints/www-shopclues-com-kurnool-andhra-pradesh-c15835.html). I got Shopclues.com Voucher(SCHDFC60Z6ED) from HDFC bank,as per rules I need to place an min order of Rs.2000 to redeem that voucher.On Oct 26th 2015 I placed an order worth of Rs.2154, which includes an Powerful Electric Drill Machine 10mm – YIKING Brand (Ord no:73541074) and Indian hand made Display bangle box 4 raw(order no:73541069).As I applied the voucher I got Rs.500 discount on overall order and for Powerful Electric Drill Machine 10mm – YIKING Brand I got Rs.188 discount.But Shopclues.com cancelled my order because of not able to delivery on time. Atleast as a minimum curtasi shopclues.com never contacted/ informed me before cancelling my order. I was called to customer care to ask to allow me to place an another order by using the voucher (for the same discount amt Rs.188, which I got for Powerful Electric Drill Machine 10mm – YIKING Brand ), but they are very reckless and they said its not possible to process my request. My main question is, if stock is not avilable / not able to delivery on time. why shopclues.com accepted my order, why shopclues.com is not maintaing out of stock tag. Overall Shopclues.com wasted my time, Money, mobile data, Mobile talktime, and played with my emotions, mental pease.So I request you to take necessary action on shopclues.com and do the needful.
