shopclues.com – Cheating – product not delivered by the company

Hi,
My name is saqib issa from nagpur maharashtra.
Arround a week ago I have seen a tv advertisement from shopclues. Com regarding a sale & I ordered a leather jacket from shopclues. Com.
I also received a message confirming my order with order no. And shipment tracking no. As well, 2 days after this when i tried tracking a shipment status for my order, thier courrier partner had no information about the product.
Then I called up shopclues. Com & spoke to gaurav who said the product will be delivered by 4th of feb 2016 and I again received a message from shopclues. Com confirming the delivery of my order.
Today i received a message frpm shopclues. Com saying that my order has been cancelled due to improper Address whereas i received products on the same address before this.
When i again spoke to gaurav from shopclues. Com he said that their courrier partner has misplaced the ge product.
Now they are trying to fool me saying that i need to order it agaian however that product has been removed from their website.

I want the same product from them. Asap.
